Gijs van der Starre
Gijs van der Starre (Leiden, 1962) is Managing Director at CSG. He is responsible for the monitoring, evaluation and consolidation of CSG's research and public activities. Gijs is political scientist and worked at 'Wetenschapswinkel' of University of Amsterdam, the Rathenau Institute and the Ministery of Education, Culture and Science. Prior to his appointment, he was responsible for social scientific research and public communication at the Netherlands Genomics Initiative (NGI).
